Placement Program

I have been associated with the NMYCA for approximately four years, in numerous capacities, and I've never understood how vital and important the placement of cadets was, I now believe it to be the most vital, and overlooked area of our program. In the brief time I have undertaken placement responsibilities, I can see great potential for providing our Cadets, (past & present) with meaningful life changing career  opportunities.

I have often wondered how successful our cadets have become, this area of responsibility affords me the opportunity to have a hand on the pulse of there future, and success.

I am presently seeking out new areas of growth for the New Mexico Youth Challenge Academy, and any other challenge programs who desire to grow, and expand, by creating a network of potential employers. My desire is to exceed expectations for placement opportunities locally, and throughout the country for our programs.
